Located on the first floor of our home, with a separate entrance, our four guest rooms have been furnished and decorated by us to offer you an atmosphere that is at once welcoming, comfortable, warm, cozy, elegant, harmonious, and restful!

The Domaine de Champouteau, a former farmhouse that has been renovated over the years, welcomes you to Averdon (41), where you can discover or rediscover the cultural richness of the Loire Valley, its cuisine, and its idyllic landscapes.

Whether with friends or family, come enjoy a relaxing moment by the pool, play a game of pétanque, or take a stroll through the fields.

You’ll appreciate its ideal location, just 25 minutes from the Château de Chambord and near Blois.
