A Brief History of the Castle
Canac Castle was built between the 15th and 16th centuries and has managed to preserve its historical character over the years.
Towers, coats of arms, monumental fireplaces, and period architectural features still bear witness today to the estate’s rich past.
Taken over by the Busset family in 2014, the château underwent a complete renovation before opening its doors in 2016. This restoration preserved the spirit of the historic monument while incorporating the modern comforts expected of a prestigious bed-and-breakfast.
